Aviation Medical Examinations, Class 2 and 3: 
$125 (If this is your first exam, you will need new color vision testing, with extra $20 charge)
You will need to complete your application in MedXpress, and bring your Confirmation Number with you (we must have that to perform the exam). If you have any chronic medical issues or significant issues in the past, bring any records you have with you. Bring a list of your medications as well, and your glasses or contacts if you need them.
